Lauren McComas | Artistic Director & President
Lauren began her theatre career in New Jersey at age 5. She has been on the stage for over 100 different productions in theatres up and down the East Coast, as well as in California and Indiana. She received her BA in Theatre after studying at Messiah College, Temple University, and the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland. You can now occasionally spot her as a guest host on QVC. In 2018, Lauren was named one of Main Line Today’s Women on the Move. She is a also a Certified Professional Life Coach and the founding President of SALT Performing Arts. She has a heart for utilizing the performing arts to help instill self-confidence in children at all stages and from all walks of life. Stagelight is her childhood dream-come-true. Lauren is thrilled to be on this journey with her amazing husband and 4 small children. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Chelsea Barnett | Operations Manager
Chelsea has been performing since the day she could talk, and has not stopped since! Born in Denver, Colorado, she eventually made it over to the East Coast where she has continued to study and pursue all of her theatrical dreams. Chelsea is a graduate of West Chester University holding a BA in Theatre, with a concentration in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance. She has worked in dozens of theatres in the area, both professional and community, holding a myriad of titles: performer, director, choreographer, stage manager, lighting/tech designer, props master, production manager, administrative assistant, education director, fight coordinator, audition coach, and more. In addition to her role here with Stagelight, Chelsea also works on staff as the Resident Stage & Venue Manager for SALT Performing Arts. Chelsea has always had a passion for teaching children and helping them grow in their confidence and abilities, which makes Stagelight the greatest place to be!
