2025 SUMMER CAMPS
*The greatest Showman-Themed Circus CAMP
for Grades 3-12
June 16th - june 27th
West Chester Location | $640.00
(Only $320 per week! Includes 2 tickets guaranteed to both performances)
In partnership with Grounded Aerial (groundedaerial.com), the students will spend their days learning how to do silks, bungee, lyra, and tumbling, while also prepping a musical song-and-dance medley to perform on their final day. This camp is a two-week FULL-DAY camp, Monday - Friday (9AM-3PM). Performances will be on their final day of camp, June 27th at 12PM and 2PM. Extra tickets to the show will be sold separately. ALL CAMPS ARE SPECIFIED FOR THE GRADES THAT THE STUDENTS WILL BE ENTERING SEPT 2025, so CURRENT 2nd graders can still register. We will not accept registrations for any students currently in 1st grade or younger - please check out our Montgomery School camp options if you are interested in a full day camp for any siblings! 9th-12th graders can also apply to be PAID teaching assistants - please email if interested. Space is limited to 35 children.

beetlejuice jr. the musical
for Grades 6-12
June 16th - August 9th
West Chester Location | $600.00
(Only $85 per week! Tickets for the performances sold separately)
This camp is designed to give our oldest Stagelight students the opportunity to continue growing in their confidence, while taking their singing, acting, and dancing training to a professional level. Campers will spend their nights rehearsing to put on this fully-produced junior-length musical (complete with costumes, set, mics, & lights), which they will get a whole weekend of shows to perform. Rehearsals are from 6-9pm every Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday beginning June 16th (we will take OFF the week of June 29th - July 5th for the Holiday). Tech week will be every night of the week August 3rd through the 6th, and performances will be August 7th (7pm), August 8th (7pm), and August 9th (2pm and 7pm). ***Attendance at all tech rehearsals and performances is mandatory - Please see below for our attendance policy.
ALL CAMPS ARE SPECIFIED FOR THE GRADES THAT THE STUDENTS WILL BE ENTERING SEPT 2025, so CURRENT 5th graders can still register. We will not accept registrations for any students currently in 4th grade or younger. Space is limited to 30 children.

**REFUND POLICY:
You may receive a FULL refund if you cancel your registration more than one week in advance of the start date.
You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel within one week in advance of the start date.
Refunds are not offered once the session begins. There are no exceptions.
If one session day needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, power outage, building complications, etc), partial refunds or registration credits will NOT be offered. In the event that two or more session days need to be canceled, a make-up session will be offered.
In the event of a government pandemic shut-down, all students will be offered compensation options for the days in which they miss.

***ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Actors are permitted 2 rehearsals off if needed (for sickness, unexpected life conflicts, school events, etc). If they miss any rehearsals beyond the 2, they cannot be in whatever scene or number is rehearsed on the days that they miss, and/or their role in the show may need to be altered or removed. Attendance at tech rehearsals and performances are MANDATORY, so we will not excuse conflicts for those dates. This will ensure a smooth and FUN rehearsal process and confidence in ALL of the kids across the board, which is always our goal!
